No Commercials adverts including distribution of business cards on tables are allowed without prior permission. Event team has setup a small charge for each commercial adverts planned in advance.

If anyone found violating above conditions and promoting their business on venue without prior approval then they will be imposed a penalty of £ 500 plus other charges.
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable to other members, please feel free to tell us and we will help you for all your transfers.
It’s a non-profit event group, hence please do not expect us to give you details of the spends and receipts.
If any of the guest found involved in unacceptable behavior or language, then we reserve the right to request the guest to leave the party.
If you are vegetarian or Vegan or allergic to any food please let the event team know in advance and we will aim to help you but cannot be held responsible for anything.
However, we aim to welcome and sort all minor issues or misunderstanding mutually within party first and shake hands for any minor issues.
We are not biased towards any religion or community as we are from a country with diverse background and culture, hence all are equally welcome.
No guest or member will be allowed to disrespect anyone's faith or culture.

Event team picks up one of the best caterers within a budget and cannot be held responsible for any choices of food made during the event.
We reserve the right to charge the guest for any damage to the property done either by guest or any of their family member in the venue and pass the repair cost to the guest in question.
Event team is not responsible for any accidents or injuries at the venue of the event and parents are advised to supervise their kids at all times.
